Unfortunately our trip to Oregon has been cancelled. Thank you for your patience, it has taken quite some time to get the details of refunds and logistics worked out but we can now move forward.
The deposit we paid to Affinity Travel will be refunded for grade 12’s and a travel credit for next year's trip will be issued for our current Grade 10’s and 11’s, not including the $100 non-refundable deposit. We think it’s great that the travel company is willing to do this for us.
Any additional funds paid to the school will be refunded to you through the accounts office. If you paid by check you will get a email from Karen Adams. if you paid by credit card that payment will be refunded through your credit card. This may take a few weeks as there are many refunds to process in all areas of the school.
Thank you for your patience!
